4. Returns & Shipping
  • Orders placed under Free Shipping promotions that are returned will have free shipping voided.
  • Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from refunds or billed separately, except for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by altapower.com.
  • Items ordered in error are subject to outbound shipping charge deductions.
5. Sales Tax

We collect state sales tax where required by law. Orders shipping to the following states will be charged applicable sales tax:

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount.
